I try this features on my windows device.
But cannot scrape reviews. Event when I try 10 reviews only.
Even if I only check for scraping reviews only, I still can’t get the data.
BUT, when I use macbook device. I can scrape reviews. Limited to 10 reviews. Because in Mac, I am not seeing number reviews like I seen on windows.
Can you help me to figure out why this happen? and how to fixed?
First go settings - test Google maps
Watch browser window and make sure there isn’t any pop ups appearing on top of Google maps search.
I will test here locally to see if Google has changed review code or not too.

I am also unable to scrape Google Maps reviews. Version is 24.12.859 Yearly.
Have tried on Windows and Mac, even tried changing the output to Google Sheets, nothing. It does not even create a column header for review0,review1 etc like it did before.
Have tested Google Maps in Utilities - pops up a success message with a JSON object with all the scraped data, but there are no reviews in there either.
Another thing - the internal updater does not seem to work anymore. I had to reinstall from a downloaded update file in order to update the application - Mac and Windows.

There was a change for the update numbering.
You will need to do one manual update at least once to opt in to the new auto updater.
I’ll double check this on Mac.
Might be the selectors are different on the osx browser.

No change - tested on Mac and Windows as well. Application is updated to 25.1.865 - you can see the version in the screenshots.
Is it possible for you to leave TeamViewer running on your windows PC so I can remote in and have a look? Send me a PM if possible.
Tested today, google reviews are being scraped on my test system.
However its not 100% reliable, so sometimes it goes to fast and fails to wait for reviews to spawn in.
Will tweak the code to make it wait up to 10 secs for reviews
