Unable to find duplicated task. Minor inconvenience in the task list

1. The problem

When I create a duplicate task and order by time it is not visible at the top. Newly duplicated tasks has no status nor time so they go to the very end.

If I order by Status then I can see the no-status newly created task the top but the running task goes to the end which is a couple of pages away.

2. Simple solution

I’d like to see the newly created duplicate tasks at the top of the time column

3. Screenshot examples

Let me check this for you, its meant to flash the newly duplicated task.

Otherwise maybe add a new status ‘draft’ so that you can sort and filter it.

There was a slight UI bug where duplicated task did not refresh the task sorting list.

The newly duplicated task ignored the table sort and was always added to bottom of list.

Now it correctly applies task sort.

eg: starting list

After duplicate
New task appears correctly in sort order

Another example with status sort
All duplicated tasks have ‘copy’ in the status so you can find them easier in large lists.

After you duplicate a task it is set as the actively selected task.

So if you have a bunch of just duplicated tasks, the currently highlighted blue row is the most recent.

This works even if you have multiple pages of tasks, just keep changing page until you find the highlighted row.

These changes will be added in the next update
