Pause and then resume projects

1. The project has to be restarted and same articles are over written

2. Option to pause and then close the app

FYI this does exist.

Anytime you stop or close app mid way. When you look at the task you have 2 start buttons.

One to resume and one to restart.

Even if you press stop button,it should abort but you can resume.
