Hi. Is it possible to format the article text as a brand overview in “Extracted Content” mode? Or is that only possible in AI mode, for example?

Only in AI mode.
Use the rewrite article template as your base and edit it to what you need.
It will write your brand review article.

The missing details are filled by the AI when you add a topic.
You can hand roll it if you want.
