AI Writer Errors and Incorrect Credit Balance

1. The problem

I’m experiencing multiple issues with the AI Writer feature:

1. When trying to generate content, I get this error:

AI generate error  
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'classList')

2. I have an AppSumo plan that includes 500,000 AI Writer credits per month, but when I log in, it shows:

AI Writer Credits Remaining: 0

I haven’t used any credits this month.

3. Additionally, when attempting to generate content, I see:

Spinner Error  
Error: ai writer insufficient balance. 0 credits left, but needs at least 4125 credits.

It appears that my account is incorrectly reporting 0 credits, which is preventing me from using AI Writer.

Do you have any advice on how to resolve this issue or whom I can contact for support? I’m trying to contact you through your website contact form, but when I submit it, I get a 404 error. I also tried reaching out via chat, but I haven’t received any response.

I’m trying to contact you through your website contact form, but when I submit it, I get a **404 error!!! Your website has bugs, and there’s no way to contact you. No answers to live chat as well!
